Hi,
I have a Samsung laptop with Windows 8.1 installed. It is close to a year old. I am facing an issue where my laptop abruptly shuts down when the battery is low, without shooting off a warning message. However, this problem is not consistent. Sometimes, I get the message and sometimes I don't. It has been about a month since this problem started?
Please help.
